Mentorship, meaningful conversations, and intentional rest for Senior Pastors, Lead Pastors, and Founders.
Spouses are welcome.

A retreat, not
a conference.
Senior pastors spend their lives pouring out. This is three days set aside for the opposite — space to be mentored, to speak honestly with peers who carry the same weight, and to rest without an agenda waiting on the other side.
There is no crowd to lead here, no service to run, and nothing to prepare. You come as a person, not as a platform.
Three days of mentorship, unhurried conversation, and genuine rest — built for the people who rarely get any of it.
Spouses are welcome, and encouraged. Much of what makes ministry sustainable happens in the marriage, not the ministry.
Numbers are limited to keep the setting intimate and the conversations real.
Godman & Bola Akinlabi
The retreat is hosted personally, with the Akinlabis present throughout rather than appearing for a single session.
Leading the mentoring sessions, the conversations, and the shared moments across all three days.
Mentorship, Conversation, Rest
Everything across the three days is built around these three things — and deliberately nothing else.
Direct, personal input from leaders who have walked the road longer. Not a lecture series — guidance shaped around the questions you actually arrive with.
Honest exchange with peers carrying comparable responsibility. The conversations senior pastors rarely get to have because there is usually no one safe to have them with.
Rest built into the schedule on purpose, not squeezed into the gaps. Unhurried time to think, breathe, and be with your spouse away from the demands of the work.
How the three days unfold
Settle in, meet the room, and begin with an opening session that sets the tone for the days ahead. No rush, no packed agenda on arrival.
Full schedule shared with registered attendees.
The core of the retreat — direct mentoring on leadership, longevity, family, and the particular pressures of carrying a senior pastoral role.
Small group and one-to-one time with other senior leaders. Honest, confidential, and unhurried.
Deliberate space to rest and reflect before a closing session, then depart renewed rather than depleted.
