Dr. Conway Edwards is the Lead Pastor of One Community Church, a church that ministers to the evolving communities of Plano, Allen, Frisco, and McKinney, Texas, as well as surrounding cities12. He received his Master of Theology, with an emphasis in Pastoral Leadership, from Dallas Theological Seminary. He is also the Executive Director for the US-based ministry Caribbean Choice for Christ.
Dr. Edwards is the author of “Leading a Turnaround Ministry: A Process for Exponential Growth” and co-author of “When Love’s in View: Finding Focus in Dating and Relationships” and “The Undercover Woman: A Guide for Single Women and Their Spiritual Fathers” with his wife Jada. He is dedicated to leadership effectiveness and development, hosting a monthly podcast, The Leadership Roundtable, and leading the Climb Coaching Network. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Right Now Media.
